How we work
Four things we do before a part ships
Most of the cost of a wrong part is not the part. It is the maintenance window that closed with the rack still open. The checks below exist to keep that from happening.

Match to platform
Part numbers are confirmed against the exact server, array or switch model and revision they are going into — not against a family name.

Test under power
Active components are powered, POSTed and, where the part exposes it, checked for firmware level and wear telemetry before despatch.

Record the condition
Power-on hours, revision levels and test results are written onto the paperwork, so what arrived is documented rather than assumed.
04
Ship on a stated date
A confirmed despatch date on the quotation, ESD-safe packaging, and export documentation prepared for the destination.
