About
A supplier for the parts nobody else wants to chase.
Avelis Global exists for a specific problem: infrastructure that is still doing useful work, and a component for it that the original vendor stopped listing three product cycles ago.
What we do
Independent hardware supply, with the identification work included
Most hardware suppliers are efficient at the easy half of the job — taking a known part number and putting a box on a lorry. The difficult half is everything before that: working out which of four superficially identical boards fits a particular chassis revision, whether a memory module is qualified for the platform rather than merely compatible with the socket, and whether a drive with an attractive price has three years of write endurance left in it.
That identification work is the part we treat as the service. A quotation from us states what the part is, what revision it is at, what testing it has been through and when it will ship. Where we are not certain a part is right, we say so before you order rather than after.
We supply across seven categories — servers and chassis, storage and backup, networking, system boards, memory, processors, and cabling — and across both current-generation stock and hardware that has been out of production for a decade.

How we operate
Four commitments
These are the things we hold ourselves to, in the order they matter to the person waiting for the part.
01
Say what we actually have
Stock is either on the shelf or it is being sourced, and the quotation says which. A confirmed date we can meet is worth more than an optimistic one we cannot.
02
Test before it ships
Active components are powered and checked. Where a part has a wear mechanism — flash, drives, tape mechanisms, power supplies — the telemetry goes on the paperwork.
03
Match to the platform
We ask what the part is going into, because a part number alone frequently is not enough to know whether it will work in a given chassis revision.
04
Keep the second one available
Where we can, we hold a matching unit in reserve. A spare you cannot replace is a spare you will hesitate to fit.
Who we work with
Teams keeping working hardware working
Our customers are usually infrastructure and operations teams rather than procurement departments — the people who know exactly which slot the failed board is in and need it replaced inside a maintenance window that is already booked.
That includes organisations running platforms past their vendor support horizon for perfectly good reasons: the workload is stable, the hardware is healthy, and the migration project has not been funded. It also includes teams building lab and staging environments that need to mirror production without carrying production's budget.
Same-day quotation
Enquiries received during business hours are normally answered the same working day, with a price and a despatch date rather than a promise to follow up.
Worldwide despatch
Export documentation prepared for the destination, ESD-safe packaging, and a tracked service on every consignment.
Documented condition
Revision levels, firmware, test results and wear telemetry recorded and supplied with the goods.
Have a part number and a deadline?
Send both. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
